Right of withdrawal

Cancellation policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

Cancellation period

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day,

- where you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, or
- in the case of an order for several goods which are delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you has taken possession of the last item.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

You can use the sample cancellation form below; however, this is not mandatory.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We can refuse repayment,
- until we receive the goods back, or
- until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods -
depending on which time occurs earlier.

Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

She bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
