Care & Material
How do I properly care for my bag? Plus

Our bags are made of robust RPET –
a material made from recycled PET bottles. Please do not use in
Wash in the washing machine, do not iron and do not tumble dry.
A damp cloth is perfectly sufficient for cleaning.

Delivery
How long does delivery take? Plus

Within the EU, delivery takes 2–5 working days. Please note that delays may occur due to external factors (e.g., holidays, customs, weather).

Do you also ship internationally? Plus

We currently deliver within the EU as well as to selected European countries outside the EU.

Can I have my delivery sent to a pickup point? Plus

In many cases, yes – please check if a collection point is available when entering your address at checkout.

Ja. Alle Zahlungen werden über geprüfte, zertifizierte Zahlungsanbieter abgewickelt. Deine Daten werden dabei nicht auf unseren Servern gespeichert.

Wann wird meine Bestellung abgebucht? Plus

Die Zahlung wird sofort beim Abschluss deiner Bestellung fällig. Erst nach erfolgreicher Zahlung wird deine Bestellung im System bestätigt und für den Versand vorbereitet.

Yes, digital gift vouchers are available in the shop.

Can I pay in installments? Plus

We currently do not offer installment payments.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped? Plus

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 working days.

Returns & Complaints
How can I return something? Plus

You can return unused goods within 30 days of receipt. Please use our return form on the website.

Who pays for the return shipping? Plus

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless there is a manufacturing defect.

What should I do if my bag arrives damaged? Plus

Please send us a photo of the damaged bag via email. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Will other bag styles or colors be available? Plus

Yes, our product range is constantly being expanded – new editions are already being planned.

What does RPET mean? Plus

RPET stands for recycled PET – the material comes from old plastic bottles and is tear-resistant, water-repellent and very lightweight.
