We want your shopping experience at Denaé to be as pleasant as possible. Here you will find all the important information about shipping, delivery times and returns.

Shipping costs

Within the EU, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90. Orders over €58 qualify for free shipping.

For deliveries to Switzerland, Great Britain and other non-EU countries, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery times

We will ship your order as quickly as possible from our warehouse in Germany (Kösching). The standard delivery times are:

- Within Germany & Austria: 2–5 working days
- EU-wide (e.g., France, Italy, Spain): 3–7 working days
- Non-EU countries in Europe (e.g., Switzerland, United Kingdom): 5–10 working days

Please note that delays may occur around holidays, during periods of high shipping volume, or due to customs clearance.

Return

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the goods are defective due to a fault on our part.
